I agree. We are all looking for the best possible solution. I think when you ask the question, can we afford to wait, the follow- up question is, or what we often hear from the other side of the aisle, we do not have a crisis now because the trust fund will take care of us until 2017 or 2018. Let us talk a little bit about why that is not the solution. I do not know whether the gentleman from Georgia (Mr. Gingrey) would like to maybe lead that off, why we cannot wait and why the trust fund is not going to take care of this.
