We need to look at what it is that is taking place and what policy issues we can address to try to make it better or at least not as bad as it could possibly get.
I appreciate, Mr. Parkus, your assessment. That is one of the more bearish ones I have heard in this climate, but I am not discounting it.
I think this is one of the most important issues for us to keep our eye on at this point in time.
