Mr. Speaker, Mr. Arrington has obviously delved into this issue and particularly focused on economic growth and what the impact is in terms of the value for not just the economy and workers across the country but also the tax revenue to help make sure we can fund the operations here in government. Mr. Speaker, I yield to the gentleman from Oklahoma (Mr. Hern), the chair of the Republican Study Committee, a fellow member of the Ways and Means Committee, and my friend and neighbor to the south.
