Mr. Speaker, Mr. Hern highlighted that it is so important for us to have a strong America. It means we need to have a strong economy and good-paying jobs for workers, which means we need to have these provisions that make things work and make the economy grow. Mr. Speaker, I yield to the gentlewoman from West Virginia (Mrs. Miller), a member of the Ways and Means Committee and a good friend of mine.
