As the House Ways and Means Tax Subcommittee, we should be firm in our commitment to putting the United States first, maintaining our tax sovereignty, and not giving in to global demand.

It is great for us in this hearing today to be able to talk about the committee's continuing effort to build a society and a culture that values life.
