I would point out that while it may be an IT company that you are subcontracting or contracting with, a business contracts with lots of other businesses unrelated in a sense to IT, and there is an opportunity for the attack to occur there.

Our grain elevators have expressed... a concern about access to rail cars for pollen grain.

Our utility companies have expressed some concerns about access to coal.

The intention is that I think Senator Wyden, Senator Crapo and I and others, will introduce the extension of 45G here in the next few days.

Certainly matters in places like Kansas where short line rail has become such a significant component of how we get agriculture goods and products to market.

I apologize for our inability to reach decisions in regard to its extension.

I introduced the 45G tax credit in the year 2003 as a House member.

I'm interested in knowing if that is an either/or situation is true.
