There is a lot of things that are really pleasing to me in this legislation, and this grant program is one of them that I think gives an opportunity for community and personal engagement in veterans' lives.

I wish that your answer would have been, the VA is now providing direction to all VAs, all VISNs, all hospitals, all providers that community care is an option.
This isn't saleable. It is keeping people out of our military when we need more people in our military.
