In addition to the functions now vested in the Attorney General by the Act, he shall have, and there are hereby transferred to him, the following-described functions under Title IV of the Act: (a) completing the processing of enforcement files, (b) concluding investigations where deemed appropriate, and (c) certifying disallowances (section 409 (d)).
