If there is one thing we want--I mean the United States wants--it is good, loyal friends, inspired by the same ideals of human dignity and decency that we ourselves cherish.

We shall eventually have a world in which all men are brothers, and in which the outstretched hand is not that of a tyrant, but the hand of friendship.

I would say this: it should not be an issue.
