It would be your opinion that this inequity needs to be fixed?

We are now so bloated, it is roughly 25 percent of our GDP.

I have been here five and a half years, and this is called the Budget Committee. I would like to point out that we have not done a budget in two and a half decades that we have adhered to.

The only ones not liking the system or the practitioners that live within it and they're not happy about how it's evolved.

If it's not involved with an engaged skin-in-the-game consumer and a system that if they want to call themselves free enterprise has to start responding.

This is just another egregious example of a broken healthcare system.

Something's got to give.

That's Okay if you want to do it on something that isn't critical, if the marketplace allows it.

It's going to engender competition.

I support a bill out there called the Social Security Fairness Act, to fix the penalty under the windfall elimination provision.

What that means in the real world, you cannot get by with it anywhere else, you would go to a line of credit.
