The most serious problem facing taxpayers is that the IRS is not adequately funded to serve taxpayers and to collect taxes.

I have serious concerns about the effect of the recent budget cuts on taxpayers, tax collection, and Agency operations.

Hopefully, we can craft bipartisan legislation that would ensure our child support system can fully comply with such a treaty.
