I think commanders and the chain of command, the sergeants and the captains and the colonels and the generals, are fundamental to getting after sexual assault and bringing it to an end in our Army.

I also believe that this would serve Iran's purpose of funding proxies throughout that region and being a state sponsor of terrorism.

I think if we educate and explain to the American people what this really is, I think they could possibly support it, and I would hope the Congress of the United States would support it.
