Definitely an exciting transformation, again, a lot of trepidation with these airmen as they transition from their known unit into something that is totally new, much more technologically advanced.

This is a difficult issue. Any time we face BRAC, there is a lot of trepidation in our communities that go through this.

The DOD is planning to transfer operational control, or OPCON, of South Korea forces to the South Korean Government in the event of another conflict on the Peninsula.

There has to be a way to double-check regulations and rules from one agency to another.

I do agree, Ms. Flournoy, you stated that we do need to end sequestration.

I do think that most of us agree that we are a Nation of laws. We are a Nation of immigrants.

It is just finding what we can agree upon and implementing those changes.

I think many of us would agree or disagree, that it does need to be modernized in some form or manner.

A lot of States will be impacted in a greater manner than probably most States like Iowa.
