All of those kinds of issues, anything that would allow Native Hawaiians to not pay state taxes would have to be agreed to by the State of Hawaii.

The legislature of the State of Hawaii, which represents all of the people of Hawaii has time and again passed resolutions in support of this legislation.

This bill sets up a process whereby the United States can recognize a constituted Native Hawaiian governing entity.

We must ensure that the voices of Native Hawaiians are heard in Congress.

Wouldn't it be even easier if the airlines just passed out a piece of paper with this kind of information on it?

I am wondering what the penalty is for violating this rule should it go into effect.

According to 2006 data, there are three dropout factories in my district and five total in the state of Hawaii.

I share your concern about low performing schools and want to know how best to help them.

I have a bill, the PRE-K Act (H.R. 702) that would create a grant program to support states' efforts in providing high quality early education.

Why not just push ahead with this legislation?

I think that this is a really good time for the FAA to review the safety needs at this airport.
