In the program, the costs are down. The access is expansive to medications. All medications in the panoply or the array of plans that are available are available to patients. Seniors are happy. We are negotiating now. There are negotiations going on now between plans and pharmaceutical companies and plans and pharmacists that have decreased costs much below what was projected. The big question in the end, Mr. Speaker, is who is going to be making health care decisions? Is it going to be government bureaucrats and majority parties, or is it going to be patients and doctors? That is the real question. And I am hopeful that my colleagues on the other side of the aisle will appreciate the gravity of this issue that they are bringing forward and the importance of making certain that there is input from all Members of Congress as it relates to this issue.
