We've turned physicians of this land into data entry clerks, and it is literally driving physicians out of practice.

It is not a Republican system, it is not a Democrat system, it is a system where hopefully we are focusing on the patients.

We need a system that is affordable for everybody, we need a system that is accessible for everybody.

So wouldn't we as a compassionate society step back and say, 'OK, that's a real problem and we need to address it.' That's what we're trying to do.
