Dr. Price, thank you so much for those comments. They are very accurate and very timely. I know one thing that Representative Price mentioned about this deadline, and of course it is approaching. We are 3 weeks away. Of course, a 6-month window of opportunity that started November 15, and we have been doing town hall meetings, of course, since long before that and letting people know. I think there has been a tremendous amount of information both from the Committee on Medicare and Medicaid Services, CMS we call it, the Social Security department, and senior organizations in each community, in every county, in every State in this Nation have been making sure that this information gets out there. But, still, as we get down to the wire, we have some seniors, unfortunately there may be as many as 8 million, that could still sign up for this benefit. And while some of them clearly will choose not to, because it is an optional plan, we don't want to miss the opportunity of those in that group who are a part of that low-income portion, Madam Speaker, because, as I have said many times from the well of this House floor, for them it is not only a no-brainer, it is a godsend. So that is why we continue to have these Special Orders.…
