What is going to happen tomorrow is you are going to vote the articles of impeachment.

Somewhere along the line, we lost our right to be the impeachment--to work on impeachment.

If we can't trust Members to go look at those and do that as their job, then I really question why are we doing this.

the only bipartisan nature of this impeachment is 'no.' It is not bipartisan in the sense of seeing it should go forward; it is bipartisan in 'no.'

At which point has he ever done anything right for this majority? He never has.

They are not depending on a crime. They are depending on a pattern of action, abuse of power is what they are calling it.

It is amazing, though, to hear now they have gotten really sensitive about process on the majority side.

It is just categorically wrong.

The American people deserve a process that puts politics aside.

The executive branch will be subordinated to the legislative, serving at the pleasure of Congress, and the separation of powers at the heart of our Constitution will have been utterly destroyed.

This is the most amorphous amendment that you could have.

In wars, people die. Is that difficult to understand?

There is no way to recover from that.

Believe me, the American people are watching this farce.

We sit here tonight without all the facts of the case because the majority decided to conduct an incomplete and inadequate pursuit of the truth.

We can make up facts or we can not make up facts.

The only thing that has changed is the opportunity from last November when you became the majority.
