As an attorney and especially a prosecutor, do you think it is appropriate to charge a law enforcement officer with a crime as severe as felony murder without giving the investigation more than a mere days?

I think it's irresponsible to call these Federal law enforcement officers storm-troopers.

I believe the biggest problem you have is telling the truth.

Nine days are all that remain until the Drug Enforcement Administration's (DEA) 2018 order making all fentanyl-related drugs illegal in the United States expires.

One, they're in love with terrorists. We see that. They mourn Soleimani more than they mourn our Gold Star families.

I think the process, I think we are looking the wrong direction here...

I have argued both the process problems and the factual problems. I have not been afraid to back away from either.

I have always acknowledged that they were properly done subpoenas. I am still an institutionalist.

Any Member who wears a pin has the power and authority to go look at those.

I think a lot of this does. I think this lowers the bar for impeachment, and I think it is just something that we are having to plow through at this point.

I don't want anything, I just want him to do the job that he ran for.

Depending on how you are wording that question, no.

This is a partisan impeachment.

What is going to happen tomorrow is you are going to vote the articles of impeachment.

If we can't trust Members to go look at those and do that as their job, then I really question why are we doing this.

the only bipartisan nature of this impeachment is 'no.' It is not bipartisan in the sense of seeing it should go forward; it is bipartisan in 'no.'

At which point has he ever done anything right for this majority? He never has.

I will never back up on that argument. He can fight and say he is fighting for it. I am going to fight and say I am fighting for it.

They are not depending on a crime. They are depending on a pattern of action, abuse of power is what they are calling it.
