Do you plan to proceed even if Hamas--if the agreement is made?

Seventy million dollars security assistance for Palestinian Authority was requested in the President's budget for training, equipment, infrastructure for Palestinian security forces.

It is time, Mr. Chairman, for this to end, and it is time for two government agencies to settle a 20-plus-year-old dispute and save money at the same time.

The current Israeli-Palestinian peace negotiations remind me of the Israeli-Lebanon relationship.

Israel is giving up real concrete concessions while other negotiating body is asking to give up little.

I did not come to Washington to be a spotlight and simply shine a light and say here is a problem, there is another problem.

It is time to get this done.

I think the problem here is this: You have walked into a position in which the trust level is zero.

This is what has drawn the parallel of looking at Government and not trusting it, and heightened it even more.

And I think that's sort of what we're heading in here and looking at, especially with the Iran influence in Iraq.

It is time to fix this. It is now time to do it and it needs to be done away with.

My people just want to know why has such a bad system been put on me and forced me to pay higher for less...
