The public does not trust EPA. Farmers do not trust the EPA not to overreach. Congress does not trust the EPA.

The reason this program concerns me is it discriminates against one type of technology, computer-implemented inventions, over all others.

That needs to stop. The next time I hope someone comes to this committee they are actually saying, here is what we are doing not that we are looking at it.

the United States needs to continue to employ all necessary means to protect those there.
