We not only have to make sure that we extend every available opportunity for those who want to vote to be able to vote, but we also have to be able to protect the integrity of the voting system.

But we are restricting free speech. It ought to be hard.

With provisions like this included in H.R. 1, it does not appear to be For the People Act, but rather a 'For the Lawyers Act.'
