The EPA needs to reject this rule, recognize and admit that it broke the law, and then move to correct and say this will never happen again.

I am concerned about how long it takes for the EPA to approve new products, as we just talked about, for the farmers or the growing communities.
I am also concerned that the EPA is drifting away from its goal set by Congress, which includes decisions based on sound science, rather than on input from outside groups trying to limit the use of the safe options for farmers.
I thank our colleagues for supporting this bipartisan legislation that will ensure that Jordan has the tools that it needs to confront regional challenges.
