Ted Yoho is a former U.S. Representative from Florida, serving in the House from January 3, 2013, to January 3, 2021. A member of the Republican Party, Yoho represented Florida's 3rd congressional district. I introduced H.R. 4126, the Guantanamo Transfer Prevention Act, which among other things would prevent the President from unilaterally ceding the base back to the Cuban government without the advice and consent of Congress.
