John Mica is a former U.S. Representative who served Florida's 7th congressional district from 1993 to 2017. At the very heart of this matter is a basic fact that IRS appears to have been used prior to the election, the presidential election, in a concerted effort to close down or keep at bay conservative organizations by targeting them.
IRS and most bureaucracies have no problem spending lots of money doing things we don't need.
