Most disturbing to me is--and again, we went through this fiasco with the trailers that had formaldehyde, but we knew we had to have shelter for people.
We've got to reform that. We've got to give assurances to the people that they're not going to have to elevate their homes.
No community or State should endure what has occurred in the Federal response to the natural disaster in the Baton Rouge area.
I believe they are set up to exclude people instead of categorizing their needs.
