This is disgraceful, that we have Federal properties around the country--and the Department of Agriculture--again, went out there, visited, requested that we come up with a proposal.

That's unacceptable. These people need help.

Mr. Graves and Mr. Richmond and the Louisiana delegation need to immediately address the leadership.
