Everybody is in agreement that FAA, as it is currently structured to oversee and operate air traffic control, is dysfunctional.

So the government failed. And the government to me is failing to take steps.
It was the failure of the government to put in policies for what could not be brought onboard.
We have no biometric. We don't know who those people are.

And here we are in 2016, 15 years after 9/11, we don't know who's going in and who's coming out.
