If we want to show that there is value in being a friend to the United States and an ally, then the MCC compact with Honduras needs to move forward immediately.
If we want to show the people of Latin America that we support them and that there is value in being a friend to America, then the Free Trade Agreements must be sent to the Congress immediately for passage.
I don't know how, and maybe you can answer this question, how can we deny Honduras a compact with the MCC but then allow the money to keep flowing to Nicaragua?
