And you will acknowledge, because you heard the testimony today, that each of these automobile manufacturers are handling the recalls in a different way, which is all the more adding confusion.

A member of the Democratic Party, he previously represented Florida's 9th congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1993 to 2001.
