If the sea level rises, what happens to that ability when the rains come and the floods occur and you need to get the water off of the neighborhoods by gravity?

Over the last 50 years--we will hear testimony--sea level rise has been in Florida any place from five to eight inches. It is real. And yet some of our colleagues in the Senate deny it.

We have been facing budget cuts at NASA, which means that we may not be able to continue to get some of these satellites.
