I want to applaud the Administration for deciding to, not just to support force multipliers on the border--that is important.

These funds are vital to helping our communities better prepare for major disasters and terrorist attacks.

I do have some concerns about several of the proposals and the impact that they may have on the Department and on our ability to do our collective jobs.
