I want to credit the men and women at the Department of Homeland Security, including in NPPD and elsewhere, for the hard work they do to ensure our critical infrastructure is secure and resilient.

Obviously, what we are discussing today is of immense importance--it is in Delaware, and I know it is in the other 49 States: the security of our critical infrastructure.

I would like to make it a matter of public record that Dr. Kurth is still here.

I think this has been a very productive, well attended, and bipartisan hearing.

I call those force multipliers.

I think we need a national policy. Whoever is our next President, I think, should lead it.
