the question of prescription drugs, if I can return to it, the question exists of choice and whether it is voluntary or not voluntary. I will cite my parents again. They, obviously, do not have prescription drug coverage in Medicare now, so they have gone out and purchased their own policy. Frankly, I do not think they would like it very much if I told them, well, the policy you have now does not exist any more because you have to take Medicare. Are we forcing anybody to take this prescription drug plan, or do they have a choice?
