He told me something that I thought was profound and probably a fact that goes unnoticed by most everyone. He went through his operating overhead, all of the costs on an annual basis it takes for him to operate his potato farm. Thirty-five percent of his operating overhead is energy-related, not just the fuel that he puts in his equipment, gasoline, diesel, but the energy to run. We are a pretty arid State. So you have got to irrigate, to run the electric motors to pump the water for the sprinklers to irrigate with.
