I am certainly comfortable with this bill. The gentleman said it earlier. It may not be perfect; only history will determine whether or not it is perfect. But I certainly think it is good enough. I think we have made huge strides in the direction that my seniors and my own intuition tell me we need to step, and I will be comfortable in supporting the passage of this bill.
