Not only does it make fiscal sense, as we have an obligation in this body to exercise, spending the taxpayers' money wisely, but we are providing better quality of life and better health care to our seniors, especially in this case, by allowing them to have access to preventive care which is less expensive earlier in life rather than taking care of the manifestation of disease later in life.
