I think that the doctor says it very well. This addresses a good conservative principle. We as the Federal Government are willing to forego some tax revenue from individuals, but believing in individuals to manage their own funds and then make their own choices, rather than have choices made for them by government. I think that is good conservative principle. I think it will help us hold down eventually the cost of health care. But it is such a powerful incentive for folks all over the age spectrum from again, my grandson, who is going to be 3 years old next week, to my parents, who are in their 80s.
