The United States does not stand by and let activists be imprisoned because of their speech, particularly with countries...
There is a bill that I introduced, H.R. 316, Improving Federal Investigations of Organized Retail Crime Act.
We do not know who they are and we do not know where they are.
So, why were your agencies unable to meet that deadline and why is the report incomplete?
