I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Add at the end the following: SEC. 7. ASSISTANCE FOR FEDERAL AIR MARSHAL SERVICE. The Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration shall engage and consult with public and private entities associated with the Federal Air Marshal Service to address concerns regarding Federal Air Marshals related to the following: (1) Mental health. (2) Suicide rates. (3) Morale and recruitment. (4) Any other personnel issues the Administrator determines appropriate. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 877, the gentleman from New Jersey (Mr. Kim) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from New Jersey.
