Then the counter was 15. But the 15 years then was accompanied by language which made it an absolute necessity or it would not be approved. So it was not just the 15-year addition. It was additional language which limited the options and then there was a discussion over what is necessary. We got it too desirable. You then came with another sentence which made it impossible for the phrase desirable to work. So the gentleman's characterization that we simply came back with 15 years is not borne out by all the facts as between the staffs. I thank the gentleman for yielding.
