Americans are sick and tired of being treated like second-class citizens in our own country.
These are people who promised their constituents not to raise their taxes. And those five no votes just voted for the biggest tax increase in American history.
The proportion of noncitizens who voted was less than 15 percent, but significantly greater than zero.
