If we do decide to reauthorize this Act, I would hope that a principal component of the reformed act would be the promotion of hatchery production of all the species regulated by the Act.

If I'm not able to ask, then there's no data to support. So, we are legally bound in California from asking someone their immigration status under Senate Bill 54.
