with a strong faith in the Almighty, nothing is impossible; and without the help of our Creator, we labor in vain.
I call upon the people of the United States to observe this event with appropriate programs, ceremonies, and activities.
We have done our best, and we pray it has been enough.
But anyone, from any corner of the world, can come to live in the United States and become an American.
