I have today signed S. 1102, which includes the Marine Sanctuaries Amendments of 1984.

My Administration will continue to ensure that women veterans are afforded the benefits and services to which they are entitled.

Their courage, selflessness, and dedication to duty deserve our deepest gratitude.

I do hereby proclaim the week of October 21 through October 27, 1984, as Lupus Awareness Week.
