I call upon all Americans to participate in activities designed to heighten awareness of the plight of epidermolysis bullosa sufferers.

I intend to make their conclusions and recommendations available to Congress and to the American people.

I do hereby proclaim December 11, 1986, as National SEEK and College Discovery Day.

I invite all Americans to join in appropriate activities to assure a better understanding of this rare but serious disease.
