Actually, in constant dollars, in the domestic side of the budget, there has been no spending increase in the 4 years that we have been here...

I believe that we've given the American people back their spirit.

I do not, very frankly, take seriously the Congressional Budget Office projections, because they have been wrong on virtually all of them.
