I want to encourage all of you to speak out with a louder voice about the job you are doing.
The alliance today between the United States and Great Britain is adamantine and for that you are in no small part responsible.
I'm exceptionally proud of the women who are making great contributions to achieving our goals.
I hereby proclaim September 26, 1983, as National Historically Black Colleges Day.
