I have the vote on the DeLauro amendment last year when she was beaten 230 to 196, and this amendment became, my amendment became, public law to protect human life. The vote was 230 to 196. We know it is not going to change much. I know we are engaging in Presidential politics here, trying to widen the gender gap. But I think that if people will listen to a repeat of my former remarks that I ask unanimous consent to insert in the Record at this point, which answers all of the taxpayer funding provisions, all of the safety provisions for women getting military air transport to come home and do what they will, it solves all of those problems.
