For example, Government regulations often require trucks to run empty.
This was a serious act of omission for which I take full responsibility and which I deeply regret.
We believe over the past 5 1/2 years that we have met it and met it reasonably well.
I hope and trust that I will contribute to strengthening rather than weakening this principle for the future
